Troubleshooting Suggestions

When prompted with this error code, you are advised to replace the power supply board for a full restoration. Generally, code DYB indicates that certain electronic component on the circuit board is glitchy, or exhibits an inconsistent and intermittent pattern. Please kindly skip troubleshooting and refer to the next section for guidance. That said, sometimes the system can still be recovered, or at least temporarily salvaged. At your willingness, feel free to make a few attempts by following the steps below.

Repair or Replacement

We recommend replacing the power supply board to fix this issue once and for all. The load cells need to be replaced at the same time because they are soldered to the circuit board. This craftsmanship is superior to using pins in all aspects including quality, functionality, and consistency.

Please consider recalibrating the weight sensor after the replacement. You may use the command within the app: Popur S7 App → Device Page → Settings (top-right corner) → Scale → Recalibrate scale → Confirm, or follow this video guide: https://youtu.be/H8SOgcMz7Wo.
