Litter tray or chamber is disintegrated

🔍 Troubleshooting Suggestions

To ensure proper operation, please confirm that both the tray and the litter chamber are fully locked into place. Press firmly until you feel and hear them click securely. When correctly installed, neither component should be removable—even with force. In the assembly guide, we demonstrate this by lifting the entire unit while holding these components.

For a thorough cleaning and reassembly walkthrough, you may refer to this video guide, especially the last section after 1'20" for futher cleaning.

During reassembly, please note the following:

• The two grey side pieces should hang downward.
• The grey H-shaped tube (gasket) should sit evenly across the brim, as shown in the reference photo.
• The circle on the tray shaft should be closely on the side of the lock icon. It may be helpful to insert the tray from a slightly upward angle.
• The chamber should rest snugly on its base, with both buttons fully engaged.

Additionally, please inspect the chamber's metal latch and the underside of the tray latch. Ensure there is no residual litter, physical damage, or misalignment that could interfere with proper locking.

If any component appears to dislodge during rotation, please share a short video with us. We have not previously encountered this behavior, and visual confirmation will help our product team assess the situation more precisely.
