En los últimos dos años, muchos clientes satisfechos con sus compras anteriores nos han solicitado unidades usadas o con descuento. Si bien el precio de un Popur nuevo se mantiene constante e intacto, los productos usados pueden ofrecer mayor flexibilidad para clientes habituales y grupos como refugios de animales.
Con ese espíritu, decidimos ofrecer la caja de arena autolimpiable Popur X5 para aquellos productos usados que fueron devueltos por razones como que ya no se necesitan, se compraron por error, no les queda bien, los gatos no la usan o se dañaron durante el transporte. Los productos se inspeccionan antes de su entrega y se garantiza su 100 % de funcionalidad. No se restauran ni reacondicionan.
Tres condiciones de gran valor
Los productos usados se clasifican en tres condiciones que se detallan a continuación.
1. Como nuevo (sin caja, pero sin usar): $379 por unidad (5 % de descuento sobre el precio original)
Las unidades "Como Nuevas" son prácticamente nuevas, salvo que pueden haber sido desempaquetadas. Algunas unidades pueden haber sido rellenadas con arena para gatos nueva para una prueba, pero nunca han sido utilizadas por ninguna mascota.
2. Muy bueno (desgaste mínimo visible): $339 por unidad (15 % de descuento sobre el precio original)
Las unidades en muy buen estado apenas se han usado o presentan daños de envío que pueden repararse con un reemplazo de componentes. Proporcionaremos piezas de repuesto si es necesario.
3. Algo usado (desgaste moderado): $279 por unidad (30 % de descuento sobre el precio original)
Las unidades Algo Usadas o bien están evidentemente usadas con algunas manchas u olores limpiables, o tienen grietas causadas por un transporte violento que no afectan las funcionalidades pero que no se pueden arreglar.
Accesorios de cortesía
Cada unidad como nueva se obsequiará con una caja de cartones (valor de $30).
A cada unidad Very Good se le obsequiará una caja de cartones y un liner (valor total de $55).
A cada unidad usada se le obsequiará una caja de cartones, un revestimiento y una caja de bolsas de basura (valor total de $80).
Los accesorios se proporcionan para ayudar a restaurar las unidades usadas. No se pueden canjear por dinero. Se envían automáticamente y suelen entregarse una semana después de la caja de arena.

We run a cat rescue and I am disabled, have tried multiple brands of automatic boxes. Popur is the best hands down. The tierred pricing is a budget friendly option that still delivers a superior product. Finally one that actually saves time! We have lots of little kitties who appreciate more for them! No awkward reach in, no backache. Lots of room for big cats. Bag change every 25-30 days for 1 cat, every 6-9 for 4 cats, etc. Litter stays fresh. Few minutes to brush down grate w/dry scrub brush and wipe top every couple days is it, switch out the liner to sanitize on litter change. Recommend an extra liner for that. I got the somewhat used one and I haven't noticed any damage, it looks brand new. My cat is a little scared of it when it's cleaning but he uses it.
I know shipping can be weird, but I'm missing several items that I either purchased or were to be included with my used items. I was given a tracking number, without noting which carrier? Maybe I missed it?
With three litter boxes bought from you now, I've had some hiccups, Boxes overfilling even as I check them daily (I have numerous fosters but won't be able to continue fostering as many or if at all if I can't fix the litter pan problem), which is hard for me to deal with due to wheelchair status. I just checked one box and found it emptying between the box and pan. The velcro tabs fall off the cardboard boxes, so the boxes don't fit up against the pan. *sigh*
That's why I bought the plastic collection boxes for which I was sent a tracking number after asking where they were, but no idea with what carrier. So it's back to using the extended litter scoop to try and retrieve really mushy clumps wedged up against the pan and around on the floor. Three stars for prompt, patient responses by email during the week. Right now? Two stars for the litter pans and one star for those cardboard poop collection boxes.
Hoping the plastic poop boxes will be the solution when they arrive.
I have 3 Maine coons and this open box is great. The large hopper is also such a relief. We only empty it once a week, sometimes less often.

This contraption is so quiet, and the back catcher works remarkably well. After almost 2 months, i am having no regrets with this purchase. The cats sometimes knock off the front litter guard, but the frequency has decreased. Hence, i think the cats are learning how far to jump to avoid the guard. using a litter catching mat in front to avoid any spillage which has worked great. looking forward to more functionality to the Popur app.

Cats are starting to come around to it - I believe the open top design is prefered over the liter robot style leading to fewer instances of not using the box, and hopefully will continue to get better. Controls odor nicely and is far easier to clean than the liter robot.

I got this litter box earlier than expected. That was awesome. Although, I didn't receive the waste bin...the most important part. I reached out to customer service over the weekend, but have received a response just yet. I was able to connect to litter box to my home network so that I could set up my preferences. So far I am excited, but still waiting to actually use it.
Doesn’t make too much noise and the cats use it either no problems.
We love this product overall, but the waste bin fascinates our cats and is a source of issues. They are constantly tugging at the plastic liner and have removed it entirely multiple times. I assume this is because of its mechanical nature and their boredom. Otherwise, this product works fantastically.
This was my best Cat mom purchase to date! So glad Popur offers the preowned units to make this awesome litter box more accessible for different budgets. I've had it for a couple months and so far my 3 kitties and I all love it!

Bought the used bundle and all of the extras are really great for the price! Litter box was definitely used but nothing wrong with it, just needed some cleaning from the last kitty. Very happy with the box overall!
I had placed an order for two robots a year ago and recently ordered two more. Unfortunately, the recent order arrived with a broken border, which has resulted in litter accumulating around the robot. Additionally, I have encountered another issue where the robot does not stop operating when the waste box is full, causing dirt to spill out while it continues to operate. The waste boxes provided this time are not the same as the ones I received a year ago. They are unstable, and both sides open every time the cover moves, causing the waste to drop outside the box. I had specifically ordered the plastic waste boxes and the border as well, which incurred additional costs. I hope that these issues can be resolved, and I will provide an update on whether the robot is functioning properly after the necessary replacements have been made
Purchased a pre-owned Popur to add to the litter box arsenal (I already have one along with some standard boxes). Works perfect. Took a while to get all parts of my order ( warehouse issue) but customer service was responsive.

I received the used unit. It was fully functional. There was a little litter in the liner. It came with an extra liner 50 bags and a plastic waste bin. There was a little gouge on the top of the side walls. I think it was from the Plastic bin. It was purely cosmetic damage. Very Happy with the purchase, and my cats are happy also.

But the first box Pd full price & have had no issues with & LOVE 💕 the reason I purchased a second & get rid of the other litter boxes that I rolled to remove dirty litter.!
These are great for large Cats like I have over 9 Lbs.
That don’t fit into those other Auto Litter boxes because they are made for such small Cats.!!
Limited information on setup and explanation on data received via wifi.. there is a chart showing cycles but not sure if its cat entry or box cycles for example. Military time??? Bottom line it works and cleans litter well with basically with no cleaning to the machine itself
After I got instructions of how to connect to wifi (it wasn't working at first so I emailed them), it is working great! Even my 20 lb Ragdoll fits!
I wish I had gotten this unit sooner. It is quiet, clean and has made litter detail so much easier.
I took a chance and bought a used litter box. I already have another Popur that I purchased new that I love. This one works well and is a newer model than my old one (it stays connected to wifi & has a protective cover on the cord). Very happy. Now I just need to order the plastic waste bin, but I will wait until these included cardboard ones are used up.
