Kundenrezensionen
Replacement lid for automatic litter box that 'works great' and is easy to install. Customers praised fast shipping and excellent customer service. However, many reported durability concerns, with lids breaking after 1-2 years due to motor/gear failures. While the product functions well when working, frequent replacements at $50-70 are a concern.
- Easy to swap out to the new lid and the litter box is once again working great
- Great customer service and fast shipping
- Much cheaper than a new machine and it fixed it instantly! Very satisfied!
I do not worry about my cat living by her own. She is always clean and seems happy with this automatic toilet. Love it.
We purchased this as a replacement for our original lid from April 2023. We love this automatic litter box! We have two kittens that have grown into large cats (Maine coon mixes), and it handles a week’s worth of their “business.”
Works like a charm - absolutely love my popur liter boxes I have 2 with 4 cats
Solved my problem, does it’s job perfectly.
Worked great!
Arrived on time and works properly.
I'm so glad I was able to purchase this part separately! Great customer service and fast shipping.
I purchased this automatic trash can lid for my Popur X5 after my original lid stopped working after about 2 years of use. It was easy to swap out to the new lid and the litter box is once again working great. Very happy with this replacement.
Surprisingly the shipping is fasts and furious!
Great litter robot better than petsnowy. Glad to know that this brand carries many spare parts although its their first generation. Its been doing great and i hope that popur will continue selling their parts for the x5 for a very long time.. i would highly recommend
Slipped it on, plugged it in and works perfectly.
This lid is a replacement for my old one, which pretty much disintegrated after a couple of years. Popur says they've improved the internals since then—we'll see! I love my X5; it saves me a lot of literal headache maintaining a multi-cat litter box
I really appreciated the step by step problem solving guide based on what way the litter box wasn’t working. I followed it and was unable to fix the machine so I had to order this part. Much cheaper than a new machine and it fixed it instantly! Very satisfied!
works great
Super fast shipping!!!!
Works just like the new one did - however that one only lasted 1 1/2 years, so I’m expecting the same meagre lifespan with this replacement. Luckily it’s modestly priced and the rest of the machine continues to work well, hopefully they’ll make some longevity improvements…
Works great. Thanks
Bought in February and now it’s April and I need to replace it again….
Lid stoped opening so bought a new lid. Solved the lid issue immediately. The other had broken after 2 years.

Works great! Somehow, the gear became damaged and with the great customer service, I received a new one super quick and easy. Our X5 has been working non-stop with 2 cats for over 2 years and counting. I'd love another one someday!
love the box, but this is my third trash can lid hope it does not break like the last two.
It work good
Marche tres bien, arriver vite . Merci beaucoup
Lid works great, I was having an issue and they sent me a new one and it works great. Also has a software update
Fixed the issue.
Lid is ok, this is the 3rd one I've had to buy in 2 years. The motor dies or the plastic gears inside the motor that make the lid open breaks.
Got this new one and works like a charm
I have 7 cats and 2 Popur 5s. My cats like to stand on the lid while the popur is cycling. It would be a good addition to detect the presence of a cat on the lid and pause the cycle until the cat has move on. This would help to prevent the lid from breaking. This is the second lid I've had to replace.
