I absolutely love my popur. We have a rescue so all 5 get a lot of use. Recently we have had some heavier cats and they crush the lids and chew on the cardboard which is inconvenient.

They’re working out okay but when I can afford it I’m going to order the plastic bin. Also ordered a new liner so I can wash and switch it when it gets smelly. Was surprised the metal ring underneath was all rusty, leaving marks on the liner. Might consider coating it in plastic?

Just ordered to have when i might need. But the one that came with the machine is still very good. Will be awhile I suspect before I need to change.

I emailed that I need return it my mama died and we have to move no pets allowed so they will be outside but was told it's a few days past the 30 days so I'm stuck with something I can't use.

Boxes arrived as expected, replacement working as expected.

Was kinda bummed about the cost of a plastic bin, but after seeing you get 5 cardboard replacements for 30 bucks this is a steal. You're not gunna need to buy new ones before you've gotta replace the entire litterbox at this point! Great deal!

Love to use it but the trash bin was missing. Can't buy them on Amazon, like I can the actual machine.

I have really been enjoying the trash bin. It is so sturdy and it lasts for such a long time. Even when I accidentally got some of the bin wet, it still lasted quite awhile. I really like the fact that it traps the smell from the old litter so well. One of the things that I don't like is with the trash bags. There were no instructions on how to put the bags in the bin. Nor were there any instructions on how to tie up the bag once you are ready to throw it away. Other than that, I really like the Popur.

I bought Popur through Kickstarter and it came with a plastic collection box that had a narrow section in the middle to accommodate the lid mechanism. That section caused the litter bags to get caught on the edges and sometimes tear as they were removed from the box. The new cardboard boxes are a huge step up in my opinion. They are easier to set up, easier to use and easier to empty. So glad the old one broke and I ordered the cardboard replacement. It was shipped lightning fast and there are 5 boxes in the package. Cost effective and easy to use? Yes Please & Thank You!

I received my cardboard boxes with no problems. I ordered two mats to go into the cap box and still have not received them. No one will answer me. There is no phone number to call anyone very disappointed.

They are holding up very well. We have 4 cats so our Popur gets used a lot. We purchased the 5 boxes just to keep on hand. Don’t take up a lot of space.

I am loving my cardboard trash boxes! I was surprised there were five for $30. It was definitely what my box needed.

In my opinion the cardboard trash bins are better. They can be easily replaced and don’t tend to smell as much. The plastic needs to be washed frequently in order to keep the smell away.

I have had no problems using it and have even gotten my daughter and my brother to buy the systems as well.

Very sturdy and can be used for quite a while

I would improve a couple of things about the boxes. The baseboard came unglued and the body comes apart to easily because there is no glue or tape when assembled. I added my own tape to the body and the baseboard and have had zero problems since then. I'm considering incorporating some silicone tubing as a gasket around the box edge and or rim of the lid to help ensure a better seal for odors, other than that, the cardboard waste containers work just fine.

Three days in and this box is stuck. We can’t seem to get it working and the lack of support is concerning. Plus I absolutely HATE this cardboard box receptacle. It feels like a cash grab. I expected to have to buy bags - but a waste receptacle as well for $30?! I spent $400 and I am not happy.
