My filter broke during my move. New filter was ordered and arrived within a few days. I do wish the filter came with installation instructions - I was able to figure it out myself, but removal of existing filter and installation of new one was not the easiest with the Popur fully built as parts around it are not flexible. New filter is working great.

The bars are set too wide. A lot of pee clumps just fall right through and don’t get comb out.

It’s better than the Litter Robot.

Purchase of the new parts themselves was easy (if a bit expensive) but the delivery from mainland China took 4 weeks to Australia. I actually resorted to repairing the broken filter by the time it arrived so now I have a spare in case it fails again.

I did not buy this because my original filter broke. I bought this so I could swap them out when they are dirty. It shipped in a reasonable amount of time and in good shape. It also came with screws and white screw protectors. I'm glad that it came with them as I lost 3 of the 4 white screw protectors. I just wish the filter was a litter easier to change.

Where to start? Well first I will say what a shame that whom ever owns/runs this company would operate the way they do and seemingly want to go out of business. I bought a second unit after having the original unit for some time with no real issues. I received the litter box , but after opening, the frame and outer cover were damaged during shipping .
I contacted Popur and they were initially quick to respond, but slow to attempt to resolve the issue. Popur sent me a return label via email that oddly was addressed to an individual living in Mesquite TX.
I followed Popurs instructions, took the giant box to the nearest FedEx drop which is 40 miles from me, made threats about cancelling the order if they didnt send a replacement then finally got a tracking number on what I thought was a new unit to replace the brand new unit that was damaged.
NOPE, I got someone else's liter box they needed to return that Popur had given them my name and address to send it to like they gave me for my return.
So in short, what Popur does is when you have a warranty or damage issue, they just shuffle other warranty issue around to various customers.
The box I got had used litter residue, was packaged poorly and missing the waste bin, also the waste bin motor is defective which is probably why they were send it back to begin with.
I am so confused, to why this company insist on driving their business into the ground.
I am still in the middle of dealing with this cluster, trying to just get a new unit thats not damaged, I will be canceling the order all together, contacting my local attorney generals office and lighting them up on social media until this is resolved properly.

It's great to have a spare so you can swap them out when you clean your unit and then clean the filter. That being said it's a royal pain to get it lined up when reinstalling it.. several cuss words and 2 people later finally got it attached.. there has to be a better way to swap dirty for clean one

I'm loving the Popur! It is the best automatic cat litter cleaner. Saves me so much time with four indoor cats.

Order filter on 6-12-23 and on 7-7-23 I still have not received it yet.

I cannot keep the filter from clumping up with litter. Also it does not push the litter far enough forward so my cat is always peeing on the mat not on the litter
