Thanks for your feedback. We're glad you liked the replacement litterpad! Sorry to hear it didn't fit perfectly. I suspect it could be a manufacturing defect. Shall we send you a new one for replacement?
The litterpad is encircled by a metal band, which self-secures on the tray with a snug fit. This design was originally introduced to the X5 model, and has been proven successful after years in practice. As for the S7 unit, we suggest re-seat the litterpad and make sure it is centered. If necessary, kindly clean the residue litter in the tray, especially hidden underneath the brim. The S7 has additional leakproof designs so it's slightly harder for the litterpad to bulge. Please follow this short video guide: https://youtu.be/05L-t8xLWwQ. When the litterpad is taken apart, it should form a circle automatically. Otherwise, if it is bent, try bending the twisted part back and see if it restore the circle shape.

Been using the Popur S7 for about a month and I am very pleased with the product. I continue to operate it manually because my cat is very skittish and was frightened by another company‘s product when it moved while my cat attempted to use it. That was that and she wouldn’t go near it after, doing her business on the floor.
The Popur is open design and the litter tray can easily by monitored for signs it has been used and then be cycled. So far a great experience.
I have the proprietary elastic collection bags and still on the same one I originally set the Popur up with. It remains usable with no odor when the collection container is closed. I will soon have to replace the bag and give the unit a wipe down at that time. It has made living with a cat a much happier experience.
I was hoping there would be less sticking of litter clumps with this new liner. At first, it seemed to be better at not sticking in the corners, but now it's sticking in other places. Although, some of that might be due to the latest rounds of screwy firmware.
It fits well but I am having issues of litter sticking to the liner.
The S7 litterpad is exactly what I ordered. It is the same size and quality of the original one that comes with the S7. It does need to be waterproof because any moisture from the cat urine does make the litter stick to the sides where the cats pee. When I received it I sprayed moisture guard on it. I gave it 6 coatings, while letting it dry thoroughly in between each application. It does help but it will need to be reapplied every so often. I didn't realize the pad needed waterproofed when I received my S7 new so I did not do that before I started using it. It is a real pain if not waterproofed. It is a good product and I really like my S7. I do not use it via the internet connection, so I do not have the issues others seem to be having.

Thank you, I just got it for the day the cats do destroy one.
Easy to put in and it's nice having two now, as I can clean/disinfect one (and treat it with a release agent, like Scotchgard) while the other is in the unit doing it's job. My 2 Bengal boys tend to pee a lot and unfortunately the urine clumps the litter next to the litterpad which causes it to stick. (I am on my 3 brand of litter trying to rule that out) It is good quality, but I wish the pad allowed for litter [that might be stuck to it] to release a little easier.
