The box doesn't tip over when you set it aside to pull out the bag of waist and replace with a new bag. Also, the plastic box sits closer to the main device so there is less of an issue with spillage in the crack between the box and machine.

Love this machine. Had I know it was only in military time I would have passed because I can read it. Was told they are waiting for the update. Can’t believe that as advanced as this machine is that they can come up with a fix. So sad. Must not have a good IT staff that can’t do this.

I have 3 cats, and they can fill a Ben. But since having the plastic one, it's a better smell in my house, it wasn't a bad smell initially. But now i'm in, is it much better smell
