🔍 Troubleshooting Suggestions

Error code J indicates that the bin hood's connection to the main body is interrupted or severed. The status of the bin hood will be shown as Bin unfound in the app. In tandem with this code, the status light will flash in red.

Please inspect both the USB port and plug to rule out connection issues caused by dust or debris, and remove all trash bags from the bin and ensure the hood sits flush, eliminating any external interference.

After these checks, plug in the bin hood again. Then, power cycle the machine or press the Bin button to open/close the hood. If the bin hood still doesn't work or the blinking red light recurs, a new bin hood will be needed.

🪛 Repair or Replacement

When prompted with this error code, you are advised to replace the bin hood for a full restoration.
