Pre-Owned Products
In the past two years, so many customers happy with previous purchases have asked us for used/discounted units. While the price for brand-new Popur is constant and intact, pre-owned products may provide more flexibilities that cater for repeated customers and different groups like animal shelters.
With that spirit, we decide to offer the Popur X5 Self-Cleaning Litter Box that have been previously owned but subsequently returned due to reasons including no longer needed, bought by mistake, size doesn't fit, cats won't use, and damaged during transit. The products are inspected before fulfillment and guaranteed to 100% functionality. They are not refurbished or reconditioned.
Three Conditions of Great Value
The pre-owned products are categorized into three conditions detailed as follows.
1. Like New (unboxed but not used) - $379 per unit (5% off the original price)
The Like New units are virtually new except that they may have been unboxed. Some units may have been topped up with fresh cat litter for a trial run, but they have never been actually used by any pets.
2. Very Good (minimal visible wear) - $339 per unit (15% off the original price)
The Very Good units are either barely used or have shipping damages that can be fixed by a component replacement. We will provide replacement parts where necessary.
3. Somewhat Used (moderate wear) - $279 per unit (30% off the original price)
The Somewhat Used units are either evidently used with some cleanable stains or smells, or have cracks caused by violent transportation that don't affect functionalities but cannot be fixed.
Complimentary Accessories
Each Like New unit will be gifted a box of cardboards ($30 value).
Each Very Good unit will be gifted a box of cardboards and a liner ($55 total value).
Each Somewhat Used unit will be gifted a box of cardboards, a liner, and a box of trash bags ($80 total value).
The accessories are provided in order to help restore the used units. They cannot be converted into monies. They will be shipped automatically and are usually delivered a week later than the litter box.
Cardboard Bin & Add-ons
These offers by default include the automatic lid and the cardboard trash can, not the plastic bin. Please order the plastic trash bin separately as well as other add-ons.
Shipping
Free shipping to the contiguous United States from domestic facilities. Please allow us five (5) to ten (10) business days to process your order and prepare the pre-owned products because the stocks are very limited, and we must inspect every unit before arranging the shipments.
Warranty
One-year manufacturer warranty which is the same as brand-new products.
Return, Refund & Cancellation
The pre-owned products are ineligible for return, refund or cancellation after they are shipped, as evidenced by the tracking records that are publicly available on carriers' websites. Popur reserves the right to cancel an order if a buyer is deemed unfit for pre-owned products.

Cats are starting to come around to it - I believe the open top design is prefered over the liter robot style leading to fewer instances of not using the box, and hopefully will continue to get better. Controls odor nicely and is far easier to clean than the liter robot.

I got this litter box earlier than expected. That was awesome. Although, I didn't receive the waste bin...the most important part. I reached out to customer service over the weekend, but have received a response just yet. I was able to connect to litter box to my home network so that I could set up my preferences. So far I am excited, but still waiting to actually use it.

We run a cat rescue and I am disabled, have tried multiple brands of automatic boxes. Popur is the best hands down. The tierred pricing is a budget friendly option that still delivers a superior product. Finally one that actually saves time! We have lots of little kitties who appreciate more for them! No awkward reach in, no backache. Lots of room for big cats. Bag change every 25-30 days for 1 cat, every 6-9 for 4 cats, etc. Litter stays fresh. Few minutes to brush down grate w/dry scrub brush and wipe top every couple days is it, switch out the liner to sanitize on litter change. Recommend an extra liner for that.
