This Return Policy is applicable to orders placed on popur.com, our official website only. Other authorized resellers or retailers of Popur may provide their own policies to you. Please note that the return policy may vary according to local laws and regulations.

Cancellation

We typically ship one or two day(s) after receiving an order. Customers may request a refund after placing an order on popur.com. If you request the refund before the order is shipped, an 8% transaction fee will be charged and deducted from you refund. If you request the refund after the order is shipped (according to carrier’s tracking record), an 8% transaction fee and a return shipping fee (see Return Shipping Cost below) will be charged and deducted from you refund. Orders of customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Return

Please contact us at support@popur.com for assistance. Returns must be authorized by us in writing before return shipment is arranged. We do not accept any return shipment that is without an authorization.

The following list includes products that are eligible for return within one hundred (100) calendar days from the date of delivery, as shown on carrier’s tracking record. Please keep their original product packaging for at least 100 days, in case a return is requested.

  • Popur X5 Self-Cleaning Litter Box

Except otherwise stated, products purchased on popur.com are eligible for return within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, as shown on carrier’s tracking record.

Customized products are ineligible for returns. Products that belong to the category below are ineligible for returns once they have been unboxed or unpackaged.

  • Cat Litter
  • Trash Bags

To avoid any damage during transit, merchandise should be returned in the original product packaging as received, together with all accessories and components. The returned merchandise must be in good condition.

Your product may not be eligible for return if it is found defective under the circumstances described in the WHAT IS NOT COVERED section of the Warranty Policy, or it is returned without its original product packaging and also damaged during the return shipment.

For any eligible returns, an 8% transaction fee will be, and a return shipping fee (see Return Shipping Cost below) may be charged and deducted from your refund.

Refund

We will process and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned merchandise. Once issued, your bank or the payment processor is responsible for applying it to your account, which may take up to 30 days.

Refund according to the 30-Day Price Match program will be processed upon your request only. Such request shall be sent to us at support@popur.com within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of your order, and will not be entertained after 30 days have passed. We will verify and confirm if there is any price difference during the applicable period. Such refund will be issued at Popur’s sole discretion.

Return Shipping Cost

You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our designated address and paying the return shipping cost. A return shipping fee will be charged and deducted from your refund under the following circumstances.

  • If you request to cancel your order after it has been shipped but not delivered, a $60 return shipping fee will be charged for each unit of Popur X5 Self-Cleaning Litter Box, and a $10 return shipping fee will be charged for each unit of other products.
  • If you ask us to provide a return shipping label, a $60 returning shipping fee will be charged for each unit of Popur X5 Self-Cleaning Litter Box ($75 for home pick-up). Please note that return shipments outside the contiguous United States may incur additional shipping costs.
