Domestic Shipping Policy

This Domestic Shipping Policy is applicable to the contiguous United States, namely the 48 adjoining states and the District of Columbia. Please check with us at support@popur.com for shipment to other regions.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States and other countries or areas listed as an option. Shipping surcharges may apply in some rare cases. Please see the following.

Shipping surcharges

Shipping surcharges, as determined by the carrier, may be charged to you at the time finishing an order, or retrospectively according to the actual expense billed on us. Most shipping surcharges are caused by the following two reasons:

  • Change of address, no matter by the sender or the recipient.
  • Delivery to a remote area, known as Delivery Area Surcharge (DAS) or Extended Area Surcharge (EAS).
Shipment processing time

We typically ship one or two day(s) after an order is received and processed. Orders are usually not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays according to carriers’ service schedules.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In any case, we aim to process your order within 5 business days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Popur.com ships to commercial or residential addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you are unsure about your shipping address, please contact us at support@popur.com before ordering.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 24 hours. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date the carrier receives the package. Most Popur packages are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Damages

Popur.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 5 business days at support@popur.com.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
