FENCE WAY TOO SHORT

MY CATS DIG A HOLE TO DO THEIR BUSINESS..THE WHOLE PURPOSE WAS TO HAVE LESS MESS AND THE FENCE IS WAY TOO SHORT THAT THEY HAVE EVEN DEFICATED OVER IT ONTO THE FLOOR, MAYBE I SHOULD DUCT TAPE A PIECE OF CARDBOARD ABOVE IT TO MAKE IT TALLER.

Better than the original

The fence that came with the litter box came off very easily when the cats bumped it the least little bit. This replacement seems to stay on the litter box better.

Even with the fence, the cats kick a lot of the kitty litter over the fence. It’s a mess.

They need to be made with a way to secure it

One of my cats is obsessed with the popur and loves to ride it whilst it cleans which means he’ll sit on the fence causing it to pop out. It would be 5 stars if they made a way for it to be screwed into the machine. They recommended I put a box over the machine to stop this but that’s just tacky and a short term solution. Also if u have a digger this fence is not tall enough(I will try the tall one but Ik I’ll have the falling out issue more often bec more surface space to climb)

Hi Veronica, the fence should be secured on the tray. Before shipping, we tested it by grabbing it to lift the machine. This is a demo of installing the fence [https://youtu.be/QdHj3sKOYFk]. Please try to press it downward more firmly. Otherwise, we suspect it is not in a proper shape. Please send a picture for us to inspect, and we will replace it if necessary. Thanks :)
