Love the machine. It is easy to clean and contains the smell extremely well. For us (I have 3 cats) it is just a touch too small (hence only 4 stars). The poo always ends up on the side wall and then isn’t cleaned properly but smeared all over the place. Would love it if the litter box could be a bit longer. But genuinely the best that is on the market so far (this is my 3rd automatic one).
The guard solved my biggest problem with the litter robot and that was the litter kick out from my cat. The guard almost completely stops the problem, great stuff.
Adhesive doesn't work - guardrail fell off during one of the cleaning cycles, jamming the cycle. Had to use superglue to get the magnets to sick properly.

This guardrail is the reason I was able to keep using the Popur 7. Both of my cats like to use one of the front corners of the box and their aim wasn't all that good. We were considering calling the Popur 7 an expensive loss in the cat box department but it was saved by this gadget. We haven't had an over-the-top accident since installing it - almost 3 months at this point!
The only issue I've had is one of the magnets didn't stick well on the side of the box and I had to rescue it from the litter. On the other hand, it's an easy fix that I honestly haven't bothered with yet as the guardrail is quite secure with only 3 magnets.
This is a great product and work as intended.
However, this is a very overpriced piece of plastic, this should have been included with the unit to begin with since the rim of the S7 is pretty much useless and doesn't keep much in the litter box.
Also, the way you install the guardrail is with magnet that you need to sticks to the unit plastic rim. It very straight forward but it's super easy to mess up the adhesive sticker at the back of the magnets if you are not careful or if you don't stick it properly the first time. Popur does not provide any additional adhesive pads in the box so if they fail over time or get ripped off when removing the guard, you'll have to buy double sided tape. It's a small details but when you are paying that much for an accessory, it would be the bare-minimum to include a few additional pad in the box.

Thank you for the feedback. I agree that we should have included a few additional pads in the box. I shared your suggestion with production team immediately after reading your review. We'll be including the extra adhesives moving forward. Also for the record, the 3M adhesive can be washed and can function properly again after drying-out. It can also be replaced if necessary. This is a must have item, especially if you have a digger cat. Prior to this I would have mountains of litter all over the floor. Very happy to have this barrier.
Works well and has stopped the litter flickers in their tracks! Easy to fit and stays in place well. What more could you ask for!
Definitely helps a little with litter tracking. Howevet, wouldbe nice if there is a small opening that the cat can go through instead of jumping up very high out the box.
I absolutely love this guard rail. It works about 95% of the time and the curved design has definitely helped stop my enthusiastic diggers from creating their own private beachfront.
That said… I do share my home with Maine Coons, who are basically cats built on a larger scale with their own ideas about physics and personal space. Every now and then, one of my girls seems to forget the assignment and we have a slight “missed the mark” situation.
If the side height were just a couple of inches taller, it would be completely perfect for those of us living with extra-tall feline roommates. Overall though, it has made a huge difference and I’m really happy with it!
