The unit it’s self works really well , and has helped with my cat, who needs a constantly clean littler box. However after a year of having it the automatic trashcan opener broke. It won’t open, and I had tp order a new one .

Works well, but broke after a one year of use.

I have had this litter box 1.5 years so far, have purchased additional litter bags, and have had a great experience thus far. Recently I contacted support with questions and they quickly got back to me with answers. Overall a good purchase and I would buy again.

The lid and trash cans are working great as advertised.
