Instead of a bad review because I didn’t understand the box customer support contacted me which isn’t heard of anymore. Now I really like the box and is a must for a multiple cat household. The box only requires one change. The cats love to sit on the waste container lid to watch the litter dump. If this was some how enclosed it would work that much better. As of right now I have to remember to put turn it off when I’m not there to shoo them off besides that it’s truly a wonder litter box.

It works well but my cats try to avoid it as much as they can.

Although I do not like the litter trapping ramp, Popur customer service reached out and offered to send me a spare lid for my machine. Popur litter boxes are overall the best in the game and I appreciate their customer service being so great!
