Although I do not like the litter trapping ramp, Popur customer service reached out and offered to send me a spare lid for my machine. Popur litter boxes are overall the best in the game and I appreciate their customer service being so great!

Can’t use it one of my cats thinks its part of the litterbox and pee’s on it, oh well.
