Great to have a spare but...

It's great to have a spare so you can swap them out when you clean your unit and then clean the filter. That being said it's a royal pain to get it lined up when reinstalling it.. several cuss words and 2 people later finally got it attached.. there has to be a better way to swap dirty for clean one

SUpport says I recieved it when I did not.

I had emailed support about the missing item and they stated it was received when It was not. Kitty from support used the tracking number from a lid I had also purchased to prove it was received. AT this point I highly doubt I will ever gopt what I had purchased and it is a loss of money on my part. If you want good customer service do not do business with this company.

Hi Bryan, as said in last reply, we will send a new one. And the new filter has been collected by the carrier to replace the missing parcel. I don't know why there is such a misunderstanding, but our apology. We'll receive the tracking number in about 12 hours and will update it in your order directly.
