Liner

Hasn't arrived

Order #17699 confirmed August 10th. Today is 27th and liner has not arrived. Appears to have gotten stuck somewhere on the 17th. Super disappointed. Wasn't intending on waiting this long.

Hi Sara, sorry for the undesired shipping experience. The tracking has been stalled for a while. While inquiring with the carrier, we've sent a new one from California warehouse. Please expect the delivery next week. Our apology again for the inconvenience caused.

Fast, easy purchase of new secondary liner

Received the new liner in excellent condition. Purchased so that I would have a second liner to use when cleaning the Popur. Love that Popur offered free shipping and that the new liner arrived quickly.

Liner is great but shipping was a nightmare

Tracking info and dates to ship were vastly different around the website and emails. Didn’t get any tracking info until I emailed twice to ask for it and when I got it it was a different shipping facility than stated on the email with the original link. The package came in absolutely destroyed as well. Great product though. However Shipping is almost making it not worth another purchase

Hi Mackenzie, our apology for the desired shipping experience. Global air express and ocean freight were both a nightmare earlier in the year. Now we've sufficient inventories in domestic warehouse. Shipping with FedEx/UPS from East or West Coast is now a breeze. Thank you for your kind understanding.
