It’s the best litter box I have had

I would not buy another litter box this one is the best

Liner is great but shipping was a nightmare

Tracking info and dates to ship were vastly different around the website and emails. Didn’t get any tracking info until I emailed twice to ask for it and when I got it it was a different shipping facility than stated on the email with the original link. The package came in absolutely destroyed as well. Great product though. However Shipping is almost making it not worth another purchase

Hi Mackenzie, our apology for the desired shipping experience. Global air express and ocean freight were both a nightmare earlier in the year. Now we've sufficient inventories in domestic warehouse. Shipping with FedEx/UPS from East or West Coast is now a breeze. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Very helpful to have a liner that I can wash and replace

Easy to change and so worth it

My cats tend to use the box in the same spots, so over time, the liner became soiled. Once I figured out how to move the filter grate, taking the liner out was fairly easy. Installing the new one was pretty easy, too. Now there’s less smell when the cats first use the box, so I’ll definitely be changing it out regularly. Love how easy it is to clean this litter box. Definitely a fan! (And I’ve owned the much more expensive egg-shaped kind.)
